First held in 2009, the Regatta is now an IUPUI tradition, strengthening and enhancing campus spirit and pride. The IUPUI Regatta draws thousands of people together, connects campus and community, and supports IUPUI students on their paths to success.

But Regatta is more than just fun. It’s a scholarship fundraiser. The generous support of campus and community partners provides IUPUI students with opportunities to pursue their academic and career goals.

Sponsorship Packages

We offer a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities for organizations looking to reach the 10,000 spectators and participants that attend the Regatta each year. Packages can be tailored to the specific needs of each sponsor. Each sponsorship package also includes a tabling booth at the Regatta event in addition to each tier's benefits.

  • Naming rights for the start line, transition zone, festival, semi-final round, championship round, exchange basin, or campus commons.
  • Full color logo displayed on one canoe.
  • Sharing of short commercial on Regatta social media prior to the event.
  • Announcement read on stage day of the race.
  • Sponsor on stage game.
  • Number of team entries into the race (at least one IUPUI student, faculty, staff, or alumni on team):
    • For IUPUI sponsors – 5
    • For non-IUPUI sponsors – 2
  • Sponsor name and logo included on promotion materials given out in central Indianapolis.
  • VIP tour on race day.
  • Sponsor display with name and logo on race day.
  • School/organization logo listed on the Regatta T-shirts.
